Pre-K & Kindergarten Registration 2010-2011 |

Registration for the 2010-2011 school year for Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten level students will be held on the following dates:
Pre Kindergarten Kindergarten
Croton Pre Kindergarten Lockley Kindergarten Center
420 Fern Street 900 Main Street
March 18th & March 19th March 16 & March 17
10:00 am to 12 noon or 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
1:00-2:00 pm
To register for Pre K, the child must be 4 by August 20, 2010; to register for Kindergarten, the child must be 5 by September 7, 2010.
On the day of registration, please bring your child for the registration. Students will have vision, hearing, and speech screenings. A readiness test will also be administered to your child.

Lady Canes Repeat as WPIAL Champs |

The Lady Canes overcame a 19-point first half deficit to defeat Hopewell 66-61 in the AAA WPIAL Championship on Saturday. This is the second title in a row for the Lady canes and the fourth in the last seven years. Kaylynn Waters, a sophomore, led the girls with 33 points. All photos are courtesy of the New Castle News

"Thoroughly Modern Millie" will be presented by the New Castle Senior High Drama Club on March 18th, 19th, and 20th. Ticket booth opens at 6 p.m.; show time is 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10.00. Thursday, March 18th will be senior citizen's discount night, with a reduced ticket price of $5.00 for senior citizens.
Pre-Sale tickets can be purchased at the Commons Area Ticket Booth during the following times (*Use Hurricane Drive entrance only!):
March 9th & 10th: 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
March 15th, 16th, and 17th: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
